2. Payment Terms
Full Payment: Full payment for the vehicle is due at the time of purchase unless you are financing the vehicle. If you choose to finance, payments will follow the terms established with our financing partners.
Deposits: A deposit is required to reserve a vehicle before finalizing the purchase. The deposit amount will vary depending on the vehicle and the agreement, but typically it is 10% of the purchase price. The deposit will be applied to the total purchase amount. If you decide not to proceed with the purchase after placing a deposit, the deposit may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Balance Due: The remaining balance (after any deposits or partial payments) is due before the vehicle is delivered or picked up. If financing is involved, the balance will be determined based on your financing agreement.
Financing Approval: If you are financing the vehicle, the final payment amount will be based on the terms of your financing agreement. Financing approval is subject to credit verification and approval.
3. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is received, you will receive an invoice or receipt confirming your payment. This will include details such as the payment amount, payment method, vehicle description, and any applicable taxes or fees.
Payment Processing: Payments via credit card or PayPal will be processed immediately upon submission. Bank transfers, certified checks, and money orders may take longer to process and will be confirmed once cleared.
Order Confirmation: After payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email, which will include the details of your vehicle purchase and estimated delivery or pickup date.
4. Sales Tax and Additional Fees
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to the purchase price of the vehicle in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. The sales tax rate may vary depending on the delivery location. The final price, including tax, will be calculated at checkout.
Title and Registration Fees: Additional fees for title, registration, and other paperwork processing will be added to your total vehicle cost. These fees vary by location and will be itemized in the final invoice.
Delivery Fees: If you opt for vehicle delivery, delivery charges will be added to your total purchase cost. The delivery fee will depend on your location and any special handling requests.
5. Payment Security
